About DevFest
DevFest is UF GDG's first ever hackathon! Whether you’re a first-time hacker or a well experienced coder, DevFest is the place to build, connect, and inspire.
Requirements
What to Build
Anything you can imagine! You have 12 hours to turn an idea into a reality, so make it count!
Your project does not have to be fully developed and you will be allowed to present prototypes, if needed, for the product idea that you have developed. However, fully/mostly functional projects are preferred!
What to Submit
To submit your project, we use Devpost and we will provide you the link as we get closer to the event. Participants will be provided with a Google Form to submit their Devpost link. Judging will take place offline with winners announced after judging.

2. Creativity
Originality of the idea or approach, including creative use of technology or a unique way of solving a problem. -
3. Impact
The significance of the problem being addressed and the potential real-world value or benefit of the solution. -
4. Completion
How complete the project is given the hackathon timeframe, including whether it demonstrates a working prototype rather than just a concept. -
5. Track Relevance
Projects should be relevant to the track and selected by the team and will be judged accordingly.
